7 day return policy

We understand that it can be tricky at times when purchasing something online before having the chance to try it on.

At Rockmelon e-boutique we offer a risk-free 7 day return policy on all full price items (excluding Sale, Promotion items, Free items and any makeup products)

Provided the full price item is in its original condition, has the swing tag attached and has not been worn, altered or washed , you may return within 7 days of receiving your item for a credit note or exchange of a different size if the item is available. If the item is not available a credit note will be provided. Return postage at buyers cost.

If you wish to return an item, please contact returns@rockmelon.net.au to request a Return Authorisation Number.

Please note: No refunds or credit notes are offered on Sale or Promotion items. makeup or Free items. 

Returning to Rockmelon is simple!

On receiving your Return Authorisation Number (RA number) , you will be provided with the address to post your return parcel to. You will also need to include the Return Authorisation No. with the item.

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. 

Refunds: Will not be given if you simply change your mind after 7 days pass, or think you have made a wrong selection. Refunds will only be given if items arrive to you faulty or damaged. Rockmelon will not be responsible for return shipping fees. We will not refund any item due to sizing issues however, we will gladly exchange, if the item is available. (Exclusive of shipping charges) No refunds on sale items under any circumstances. Please email returns@rockemlon.net.au for a RA (return authorisation number) which is to be attached to item when sending it back. 

Exchange: Rockmelon will only exchange an item once. Rockmelon will only accept your return in its original, unused, undamaged condition with tags still on at our discretion. All items must be shipped back within 7 days after they are received. The shipping cost will be taken care of by the buyer. Money minus delivery cost will be refunded within 48hrs of receiving the returned item.

No exchange on any gift vouchers, make-up, underwear, swimwear or earring purchases due to health and safety, unless the item is deemed damaged or faulty.

Please note - No refunds or exchanges on discontinued or sale items.
